Oasistek began as a plastics manufacturer and has years of expertise in mold making, injection molding, and manufacturing, as well as patents covering interchangeable composite plastic injection molding and optical disc packaging. The PLA product team is focused on R&D and manufacturing of disc and packaging products including CD cases, slim cases, and a range of CD cake boxes.

Oasistek’s plastics manufacturing center uses molding and injection molding equipment imported from Japan (26 sets in all), and has a monthly production capacity of over 20 million pieces. The PLA product team has already obtained ISO 9001 certification, and uses stringent mechanical and process control to provide customers with high quality, customized plastic products as well as OEM processing services.
